ADNOC FACILITIES UPDATE OF FEED SERVICES OF US GAS CAP PHASE 1 UMM SHAIF – ABU DHABI

BK STRUTTURE IS TO COOPERATE WITH SAIPEM FANO AND IPC FOR CIVIL AND STRUCTURAL ENGINEERING ACTIVITIES FOR UPDATE OF FEED SERVICES IN ADNOC FACILITIES UMM SHAIF- ABU DHABI

Confirming the partnership and cooperation with SAIPEM FANO SPA and IPC SRL, BK STRUTTURE is going to cooperate for civil and structural engineering activities for Update Of Feed Services Of Us Gas Cap Phase 1 Umm Shaif – Abu Dhabi.

ADNOC Offshore operates the Umm Shaif facilities that are located 150 km North West of Abu Dhabi City. Umm Shaif Super Complex (USSC) processes and exports oil, condensate and gas in separate pipelines to Das Island for further processing and export.

The Gas Injection Facility (GIF) was installed in 2010 approximately 2km from USSC, its function is to receive non-associated gas (NAG) from dedicated JV Khuff wells before compressing and injecting the gas into the Umm Shaif oil reservoirs gas caps for pressure maintenance. GIF comprises a gas production and injection platform (CP-1) and an accommodation platform (UAP) which are bridge-linked.

ADNOC Offshore is now considering the development of the two largest Umm Shaif oil reservoir gas caps Arab C and D, using a partial gas recycling strategy.

Phase 1 of the development includes new production and injection wellhead towers (WHTs) and integration of new processing facilities with the existing GIF.

Condensate in USSC is transported to DAS via an 18” condensate line of 34.4 Km length.

Phase 1 gas cap production of 600 MMSCFD will yield around 50 MBD of condensate which will be exported to Das Island for stabilisation in a new stand-alone Condensate Treatment Unit (CTU). All the rates mentioned above are annual average production rates.

The objective of the PROJECT is to develop Umm Shaif oil reservoir gas caps Arab C and D by partial gas recycle.

Phase-1 of the development involves new production and injection wellhead towers (WHTs), with 600 MMSCFD full gas recycle (annual average), 50 MBD condensate export (annual average) to Das Island for stabilisation in a new stand-alone Condensate Treatment Unit (CTU).

The scope of the PROJECT is to develop the FEED PACKAGE for Umm Shaif Gas Cap Condensate Development Project-Phase 1 based on COMPANY FEED scope of services.
